Group discount
Schools and language institutions receive a 20% discount when registering 6 or more of their staff at once. Send an email to carmen@dynamiclanguagelearning.com for more information and the coupon code.
As of 2023 we have created a special fund for students, in part thanks to donations of several presenters at the conference last year. Students get 25% discount on registration. To obtain a coupon code for this discount, send an email, with a copy of your student card, to carmen@dynamiclanguagelearning.com.

Does your school pay your registration? In that case it's easier to register by e-mail, through carmen@dynamiclanguagelearning.com.
The General Terms and Conditions (which are currently being translated into English) of Dynamic Language Learning are applicable to your registration. These conditions stipulate until which moment you can cancel your registration free of charge:
If the registration is cancelled by the participant, the following conditions apply: a. The participant has a reflection period of 14 days, during which they can cancel their registration without any explanation. This reflection period also applies if the participant registers and their employer is paying. b. When cancelling up to 21 days before the conference, no payment is due, and any payment that has been done will be refunded entirely. c. When cancelling after 21 days but up to 7 days before the conference, half of the registration fee is due, or will be refunded in case payment has already been made. d. When cancelling after the 7th day before the conference, the entire registration fee is due and no refunds will be made.
Privacy & use of images
Our Privacy Statement (which is currently being translated into English) is applicable to all personal data you submit to us for registration.
During the conferene we will take pictures and make videos. A selection of these images and videos will be published on our website and on social media. If you do not wish to appear on pictures or videos, we kindly request you to inform the photographer or camera person yourself.
